Rhode Island is known as the Ocean State, and with over four hundred miles of coastline, Rhode Island is a world class boating destination. For 53 years, Newport Rhode Island was the host city for the Americas cup race series, and the races were held in Rhode Island’s Narragansett Bay. Rhode Island has a vibrant boating community, and Narragansett Bay has working boats, fishing boats, cruising boats and sailing boats as well as yachts and even cruise ships. This year, the largest boat in Rhode Island (other than commercial ships) was Limitless at 315 ft, owned by Lex Wexner who is the owner of the LImited companies.
